IU/UW IoT Workshop 2017 Report Downloadable

This is a reminder that Security & Privacy in Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at Indiana University (SPICE), in conjunction with the University of Washington, held their first IoT Workshop in 2017.  A Chatham House workshop, its goal was to bring together diverse stakeholders to create a consensus set of graduated best practices for security in the Internet of Things and identify the gaps where best practices have not yet been identified and move to highest standards.

The output was a set of graduated best practices with the model of supporting developers and informing consumers, with secure and private IoT being ranked according to increasing steps of secure practice. This best practices consensus document was published under a Creative Commons license and can be downloaded here.
